Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to support the executive team and company departments in data analysis, process development, and monitoring of strategic KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement. Developing and optimizing processes and KPIs We are looking for a person to support the executive team and company departments in data analysis, process development, and monitoring of strategic KPIs. If you are analytical, organized, and enjoy working with data and continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** \- Maintain and update commercial databases; \- Generate reports and analyses to support executive decision-making; \- Update and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPIs; \- Support mapping and standardization of departmental workflows and processes; \- Monitor process execution to ensure efficiency and compliance; \- Collaborate with internal departments, especially Finance, to consolidate information and results. Essential Requirements: \- Completed high school education; technical education preferred, or undergraduate studies in progress in Administration, Production Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related fields; \- Intermediate Excel proficiency; \- Basic knowledge of corporate finance; \- Analytical ability and process-oriented mindset; \- Strong organizational and communication skills. Desirable Requirements: \- Power BI knowledge \- Experience in commercial data analysis; \- Familiarity with process mapping tools (Bizagi, Miro, Lucidchart); \- Exposure to process automation.
