What will be your role? Customer Service: Respond promptly to requests from residents and users, providing agile, effective, and courteous support. Provide feedback on completed services via department-defined channels (e.g., system registration or WhatsApp group), sending photos, videos, timestamps, and materials used—ensuring transparency and organization. Execution of Maintenance Services: Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, finishing, carpentry, drywall, air conditioning, and structural building systems. Ensure service quality and safety by complying with regulations and correctly using PPE. Support the team in more complex tasks, contributing to the comprehensive maintenance of the property. Resource Management: Request necessary materials, tools, and equipment for task execution. Assist in sector mobilization logistics—including vehicle use for external service calls when required. Organization and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to maintain standards of organization, safety, and process efficiency. Assist in collecting customer feedback and satisfaction surveys, reporting results to management. Perform other function-related activities as required by the department. We expect you to have: Incomplete elementary education; Experience as a mason, plumber, electrician, painter, carpenter, or in related fields. We’d be especially pleased if you: Have hands-on experience in finishing works, electrical, hydraulic, painting, and carpentry services.
