Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on hospital building facilities, including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, medical gases, metalwork, and painting. Key Highlights: 1. Performs non-electrical maintenance of hospital building facilities. 2. Carries out repairs and modifications to various installations. 3. Installs hardware and assists in assembling scaffolding. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform general preventive and corrective maintenance, including repairs and modifications to hospital building facilities, covering carpentry and joinery, masonry and ceramic/vinyl finishing work, plumbing and medical gas systems, metalwork, oxyacetylene welding, and building painting—excluding electrical installations; * Transport movable assets and gas cylinders; * Install various items requiring wall-mounted fixings; * Cut masonry, flooring, and concrete using hand tools; * Install hardware on windows, doors, gates, grilles, and similar items—including latches, hinges, handles, pulleys, casters, and locks—and perform necessary adjustments using hand or power tools to complete assembly; * Assemble scaffolding or assist in its assembly as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** NR 35 – Working at Heights; NR 18 – Working Conditions (conducted internally by SESMT); NR 12 – Machinery and Equipment.
