**Description** Receiving, verification, and storage of goods; inventory control and organization. Printing, verification, invoicing, and dispatching of orders. Customer service for pickups, warranty processes, and returns. Conducting inventories; support to Senior Logistics Operator. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receiving materials and verifying invoices upon delivery: sender, invoice number, recipient, address, and number of packages; requesting unloading of packages. Registering receipts in the system (item-by-item scanning), identifying/communicating responsible departments in cases of discrepancies or damage according to pre-established rules. Maintaining the receiving area organized and clean. Organizing material storage on shelves or designated locations in alphanumeric order, labeling boxes to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, and facilitating location and handling. Ensuring inventory organization, cleanliness, and accessibility; maintaining up-to-date controls to prevent losses and misplacements. Performing internal movements efficiently to facilitate/optimize picking. Picking and shipping materials, including locating products in inventory as requested in orders, verifying items against descriptions and quantities ordered; using equipment such as data collectors, pallet jacks, and/or manual carts; organizing, packaging, and correctly labeling packages. Verifying and processing invoices. Checking whether all information has been correctly generated; reporting errors to the responsible department and awaiting resolution; requesting correction letters when necessary; printing and registering in the TMS system. Providing service to customers and carriers during pickups: checking invoices, delivery manifests, and labels to ensure each package is accompanied by its corresponding documentation. Monitoring cutoff times to ensure all goods are ready for collection at the scheduled time; requesting pickup scheduling from the transportation team; registering all issued invoices in the TMS system, generating manifests, and attaching images of signed manifests post-pickup; communicating responsible departments in case of missed pickups or issues with issuing required documentation for goods release. Never releasing anything without an invoice. Receiving warranty and return processes—only accepting if an open and validated protocol exists in the catalog; verifying customer and branch codes for accuracy; if confirmed, proceeding with the warranty/return operation flow; for returns, verifying that parts show no signs of installation. Signing the invoice stub, stamping it, and returning it to the customer. Internal receipt process: verifying parts/acceptance in the catalog, requesting protocol import into the WMS system, performing receipt procedures as described above; in case of errors, forwarding to the responsible department per predefined instructions. Sorting materials for return and forwarding documentation for required procedures. Monitoring/conducting cyclic and annual inventories, performing scans as instructed by the senior operator and/or supervision, with attention and while keeping inventory organized to maintain balance accuracy. Controlling and monitoring weekly branch cleaning and 5S practices. Performing branch opening and/or closing. Willingness to relocate to other branches as needed. Contributing to improvement plans and projects. Aligning processes and communications with management before sharing internally or externally. Supporting the Senior Logistics Operator and supervision. Any activities or responsibilities not described within this scope must be previously aligned and validated with management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: High school currently enrolled or completed. Courses: Basic computer skills preferred.
