Logistics cost analysis and improvement suggestions We are seeking a Logistics Assistant with experience in e-commerce and marketplaces, focusing on freight management, order integration, and use of the Intelipost system. The professional will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, shipment control, and excellence in customer experience. Key Responsibilities Full management of freight operations in e-commerce and marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, among others). Operation and configuration of the Intelipost system (freight tables, rules, carriers, and auditing). Quotation and negotiation with carriers. Order monitoring, SLA tracking, and logistics performance evaluation. Handling of incidents (delays, lost packages, returns, and redeliveries). Freight verification and billing. Logistics cost analysis and improvement suggestions. KPI monitoring (On-Time In-Full, average lead time, cost per shipment). Supporting integration between ERP, marketplace platforms, and logistics hubs. Reverse logistics monitoring. Requirements Mandatory: Previous experience in e-commerce logistics. Knowledge of marketplaces. Knowledge of carrier management and freight tables. Excel. Preferred: Experience with ERP integrated to marketplaces. Experience with integration hubs.
