




**JOB OPENING: LOGISTICS AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** Location: Vila Velha Employment type: CLT Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Department: Logistics / Procurement **Main Responsibilities:** Logistics: * Support inventory control by recording incoming and outgoing items and assisting with inventory counts. * Update logistics control systems and spreadsheets. * Support quotation processes and carrier monitoring, tracking pickup and delivery deadlines. * Support fleet management by monitoring fueling, preventive and corrective maintenance, vehicle documentation, and operational records. Procurement: * Support quotation processes and purchase order issuance in accordance with internal requests and prior approval. * Support hotel reservation and ticket purchase processes, in compliance with the company’s internal policies. * Monitor delivery deadlines for acquired materials and services. * Support supplier registration and updates, as well as organization of departmental documents. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields are desirable). * Basic knowledge of logistics and procurement routines. * Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
