Opportunity to contribute to organizational and operational efficiency **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT POSITION** Buffet Célia Soutto Mayor – Belo Horizonte, MG The largest catering company in Minas Gerais is hiring a professional for the **DISPATCH** department. **Compensation:** R$ 2.011,66 per month **Work Location:** Santo Antônio neighborhood — Belo Horizonte/MG **Requirements:** Proven work experience in the role; High school diploma preferred; Prior experience in supermarkets is considered an advantage; Attention to detail, proactivity, organization, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** Sort, load, deliver, verify, retrieve, and unload various materials and supplies for events according to established standards and procedures. Provide general support for organizing the dispatch department across all relevant tasks. Load vehicles with products destined for events and/or orders. Assist in organizing and securing cargo within vehicles safely and efficiently. Deliver products according to the event and/or order addresses. Manage reverse logistics for materials provided at events, such as trays, drawers, sinks, Pyrex dishes, etc. Verify and count items listed in orders together with the customer and obtain their signature. Monitor the return of materials used by the customer after the event and conduct inventory counts. Direct materials to cleaning as required. Contribute to cleaning and maintenance of delivery vehicles. Ensure proper workplace order while adhering to established standards.
