Essential support in organizing and managing routines within the dispatch department **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT POSITION** Célia Soutto Mayor Buffet – Belo Horizonte, MG The largest buffet in Minas Gerais is hiring a professional to work in **DISPATCH**. **Compensation:** R$ 2.011,66 per month **Work Location:** Santo Antônio neighborhood — Belo Horizonte/MG **Requirements:** Proven work experience in this role (recorded in employment record); High school diploma preferred; Prior experience in supermarkets will be considered an advantage; Attention to detail, proactivity, organization, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** Sort, load, deliver, verify, retrieve, and unload various materials and supplies for events according to established standards and procedures. Support overall organization of the dispatch department across all relevant tasks. Load vehicles with products designated for events and/or orders. Assist in organizing and securing cargo inside vehicles safely and efficiently. Deliver products according to the event address and/or order destinations. Manage reverse logistics for materials provided at events, such as trays, drawers, sinks, and Pyrex containers, etc. Verify and count products listed in orders together with the customer and obtain their signature. Monitor the return of materials used by the customer after the event and perform inventory counts. Direct materials to cleaning as required. Contribute to cleaning and maintenance of delivery vehicles. Ensure proper workplace order while adhering to established rules.
