Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and organized professional to work in post-sales, customer relationship management, collections, logistics support, and administrative tasks. System updates and support for sales and operations teams If you are communicative, organized, have a sense of priority, and enjoy delivering an excellent customer experience, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities** **Post-sales and Customer Relationship Management** * Conduct active and responsive post-sales service * Monitor orders until delivery completion * Handle incidents such as delays, discrepancies, exchanges, and inquiries * Focus on customer retention and loyalty **Collections and Basic Financial Control** * Perform courteous and strategic collections from delinquent customers * Track financial pending items and support payment regularization * Record interactions and collection statuses **Logistics and Delivery Support** * Assist drivers during delivery routes * Inform customers about order status * Record and report incidents to the responsible department **Administrative Tasks** * Update information in system/CRM * Record customer service interactions, incidents, and history * Support sales and operations teams when needed **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in customer service or post-sales * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Proficiency with WhatsApp, systems, and administrative routines **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 1.850,00 + variable bonus * Transportation allowance * Meal or food allowance: R$ 21.00 per day * Grocery basket (after probation period) * Health insurance (after probation period) **Job Information** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * **Location:** Betânia – Belo Horizonte/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Job Type:** Full-time CLT Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1.850,00 - R$2.450,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Grocery basket * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
