




**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive shift handover regarding key incidents and occurrences via *e-mail* and Mobycenter; * Identify ongoing alerts in the Herrlog system; * Address deviations using the *Escalation List*; * Record actions using the decision tree; * Ensure adherence to scheduled timelines; * Notify schedulers of deviations and delays via *Teams* and *WhatsApp* messages/calls; * Complete shift handover documentation and report occurrences during the shift; * Adjust loading schedules as required by scheduling needs; * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work on Shift B, from 2:00 PM to 10:17 PM, on a 6x1 schedule (Monday through Saturday); * Completed high school education. **KEY TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Basic Microsoft Office suite; * Experience with ERP systems; * Experience in logistics monitoring (alert handling); * White Belt certification. **KEY BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Teamwork; * Empathy; * Analytical thinking; * Attention to detail; * Effective communication; * Time management. **ORGANIZATIONAL COMPETENCIES / MOBY VALUES:** * Collaboration; * Trust; * Discipline; * Ethics; * Loyalty; * Respect; * Safety; * Transparency.
