Ensures organization, legal compliance, and internal support We are seeking a **Junior HR Analyst** to work in a **generalist capacity**, focusing on **Personnel Administration**, while also supporting **Recruitment and Selection** processes and monitoring the employee journey, ensuring organizational efficiency, legal compliance, and support for internal departments. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields**; * Basic knowledge of **labor legislation**; * Experience with **electronic timekeeping systems, employee benefits, and routine HR tasks**; * Proficiency in **Excel** (basic to intermediate level); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in **Personnel Administration**; * Knowledge of timekeeping systems, payroll systems, and RS (Regime de Substituição Tributária); * Experience with the SOLIDES platform **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity; * Organization and sense of priority; * Effective communication and interpersonal skills; * Ethics, confidentiality, and accountability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage, verify, and finalize **electronic timekeeping records** (working hours, overtime, time banks, absences, and leaves); * Administer **employee benefits** (transportation allowance, meal/food vouchers, health and dental plans, among others); * Support **hiring, termination, vacation, and leave processes**; * Conduct **Recruitment and Selection** (job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and interview support); * Monitor **employee onboarding and adaptation**, including probationary periods; * Provide employee support to clarify HR-related questions, including timekeeping, benefits, and internal policies; * Handle submission and tracking of **onboarding, contractual, and periodic documents**; * Support submission of data for **payroll processing**; * Maintain updated physical and digital records and databases; * Support internal audits and ensure compliance with **labor legislation**.
