




Job Summary: Work in the Conservation area, ensuring cleanliness and organization of internal and external premises, contributing to the smooth operation of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the preservation of materials, utensils, and equipment Work in the Conservation area, ensuring cleanliness of internal and external premises, responding to diverse service requests, storing and restocking designated building areas, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the company, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Respond to diverse service requests, using specific equipment when necessary. 2\. Clean offices, restrooms, courtyards, sidewalks, production areas, security booths, waste shelters, and other company areas, including carpets, walls, shelves, glass surfaces, furniture, and/or other relevant items. 3\. Direct dirt and waste from premises to designated collection points. Transport dirt and waste from premises to assigned collection locations, promoting a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors. 4\. Perform general services at the company, such as replenishing cleaning supplies and hygiene materials—including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. 5\. Sanitize drinking fountains and trash bins, contributing to a clean, contamination-free environment and promoting employee and customer health and well-being. 6\. Collect common and recyclable waste daily, disposing of them at locations designated by the Occupational Health and Safety Department. 7\. Organize and clean the staff cafeteria where employees have their meals, and restock items such as coffee cups and other collective-use items in the space. 8\. Cooperate with other employees. 9\. Notify coordination of deficiencies or repair needs. 10\. Ensure the preservation of materials, utensils, and equipment under one's responsibility, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and preservation of the workplace, observing occupational safety regulations and following instructions according to performed activities. 11\. Work in compliance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 12\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. 13\. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed by superiors. Minimum 6 months of prior experience in this role is desirable.
