**Are you ready to join a team shaping a more sustainable future?** At **CLAM**, we are driven by a clear purpose: **to promote balance between development and conservation, generating value for companies, people, and the planet.** For nearly 30 years, we have delivered intelligent environmental solutions that contribute to a more sustainable world—through innovation, ethics, and real impact. **We are seeking professionals who share our vision and are ready to make a difference.** **Location:** Belo Horizonte, MG **Work Format:** On-site **Daily challenges you’ll face:** * Support plant species inventory and monitoring by conducting field surveys and recording occurrence and abundance data; * Assist in botanical data collection and organization, including species identification, photographic documentation, and georeferencing; * Contribute to the preparation of environmental reports and field sheets by compiling and analyzing collected data; * Support compliance with legal requirements related to flora by organizing information and verifying environmental conditions; * Participate in native vegetation rescue and recovery programs, performing field activities under technical guidance; * Assist in environmental education activities, participating in workshops, campaigns, and flora-related initiatives; * Provide field information to the technical team by systematically organizing data and reports; * Comply with and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and legislation throughout all project execution stages; * Assist in planning field activities, collaborating on schedules, logistics, and execution strategies; * Lead and guide field teams in monitoring activities, assigning tasks and verifying execution. **What we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related fields; * Driver’s license Category B, with at least two years of driving experience and experience operating 4x4 vehicles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in areas related to the environment. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience preparing technical reports related to the environment; * Experience supporting field activities for data collection in environmental studies and projects; * Technical writing skills. **Employment Type:** CLT **Benefits that care for you:** Medical assistance with 100% employer-covered monthly fee for primary beneficiaries (co-payment applies upon use); Dental assistance for comprehensive care; Meal allowance of R$ 42.00 per business day; Transportation allowance without complications; Education assistance — per internal policy; Discounts at educational institutions and English courses; SESC partnerships; Life insurance for added peace of mind; Access to Wellhub (Gympass) for physical and mental health care.
