Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and managing long-term mining plans, supervising contracts, and ensuring the technical and economic feasibility of mining projects. We invested in filtering 100% of generated tailings followed by dry stacking. Additionally, we promote the reuse of approximately 85% of water consumed in the production process, strengthened environmental, health, and operational safety management, and implemented various social initiatives. Subsequently, in 2022, we launched a new operation in the city of Mariana.* *To date, our operations have generated over 1\.000 direct jobs, plus another 1\.500 indirect jobs—including transporters of our products and service providers focused on personal and professional development, health, and safety. Learn about our mission, vision, and values!* *We seek individuals who believe in the future of mining and are ready to make a difference at CEDRO.* *Our goal is to conduct a streamlined selection process and identify the right candidates—those who embrace CEDRO’s culture and encourage residents of the municipalities where we operate to join us.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop long-term mining plans using Deswik software; * Contract supervision; * Planning of mining projects, ensuring reliability and informed decision-making at CEDRO Mineração; * Safety management. * Responsible for long-term mining planning; * Contract supervision; * Development of the mine life plan (Life of Mine – LoM); * Preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies for mining projects; * Fleet sizing; * Ensure that the long-term plan remains achievable within medium- and short-term horizons; * Plan, analyze, and implement actions in the projects and operations areas to contribute to cost reduction, schedule adherence, and quality improvement. * Ability to influence, communicate effectively, and negotiate with internal stakeholders to establish procedures and activity timelines, optimizing the investment portfolio; * Monitor physical and financial project indicators across the study portfolio, providing analyses, reports, and presentations for Capex tracking; * Develop, approve, and execute engineering projects, preparing specifications, drawings, execution methodologies, and required resources to enable procurement of materials and contracting of services related to implementation and operations. * Monitor and control defined actions for engineering studies, field activities, and project implementation; * Review layouts, manage environmental governance processes, and comply with mining regulations. * Ensure alignment between short-term planning and long-term planning (detailing and breakdown) at the plan and project levels.
