




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for checking goods, invoices, and documents, ensuring accuracy in inventory control and traceability of operations. Key Highlights: 1. Ability to identify and analyze discrepancies, proposing solutions Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM * Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Education: * Completed High School Experience: * Minimum 12 months of experience as a Checker * Demonstrated technical knowledge in the field Required Competencies * Attention to detail: ability to compare data and identify discrepancies. * Critical analysis: ability to interpret information and solve problems. * Organization: maintaining structured and accessible processes and records. * Technical knowledge: experience in receiving, shipping, and physical/documentary checking processes. * Technology: proficiency in ERP or CRM systems, as well as data analysis and reporting tools. * Logistics: understanding of logistics flows and best practices in the field. Main Responsibilities * Perform checking of goods, invoices, and receiving/shipping documents. * Ensure accuracy in inventory control, stocktaking, and data entry into systems. * Maintain organized and up-to-date records, ensuring operational traceability. * Identify and analyze discrepancies, proposing solutions with critical thinking. * Support logistics processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery quality. * Prepare movement reports and support decision-making with reliable data.
