Participation in management meetings and strategy definition We are seeking a proactive, organized, and analytically minded Commercial Analyst to support wholesale sales operations and management. **Job Description – Commercial Analyst** Responsible for supporting the sales department by managing, analyzing, and presenting strategic data to ensure performance tracking and process efficiency in the wholesale channel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain and monitor daily billing and target spreadsheets; * Prepare real-time management presentations and managerial reports; * Provide customer service via WhatsApp; * Update and monitor order tracking spreadsheets, including postage codes and delivery status; * Conduct on-site analysis with logistics regarding pickup orders not collected, following up with customers for collection; * Handle and monitor incidents jointly with Customer Service (SAC); * Perform analyses to support expansion into new markets within regions served by the wholesale sales team; * Open and monitor system and partner tickets (Teceo, Totvs, and Correios); * Participate in wholesale management meetings, preparing data analyses as requested; * Populate master spreadsheets with billing indicators, inactive customers, customers with deviations, and general analyses; * Analyze billing data to support commercial strategy definition; * Monitor ongoing campaigns and their results; * Generate weekly, monthly, and collection-based rankings of best-selling products; * Prepare monthly PowerPoint billing presentations, using Canvas for rankings; * Update and monitor the wholesale sales action plan.
