This role involves scanning products, receiving payments, and managing the cash drawer, contributing to a positive shopping experience. **Key responsibilities:** * Accurately scan and charge for products purchased by customers; * Receive payments in cash, credit/debit card, PIX, or other available methods; * Issue fiscal invoices and payment receipts; * Perform cash drawer opening and closing procedures; * Verify cash amounts and maintain control over cash flow; * Provide courteous service, addressing customer questions as needed; * Support department organization and compliance with company policies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or cashier operations is preferred; * Strong communication skills and a courteous demeanor; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
