It is an environment that combines structure \+ dynamism—ideal for professionals seeking stability, continuous learning, and career development within the fiscal area. **About the position** We seek a candidate with fiscal experience to directly manage departmental routines, focusing on **contract manufacturing, fiscal bookkeeping, and tax compliance**, ensuring accurate execution of processes and support to internal departments. **Key responsibilities** * Verification and recording of fiscal invoices (purchases, sales, and services) * Control of contract manufacturing operations (dispatches and returns) * Issuance of fiscal invoices (sales, returns, transfers, dispatches, and supplementary invoices) * Fiscal classification (NCM, CFOP, CST/CSOSN) * Support in tax calculation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, CSLL, and IRPJ) * Validation of SPED Fiscal and SPED Contributions * Electronic manifest submission and follow-up with SEFAZ * Consignment control and management of diverse fiscal operations * Support to accounting, procurement, finance, and logistics departments * Organization of fiscal documents and fulfillment of ancillary obligations **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Accounting, Administration, or related fields) * Prior experience in the fiscal area * Knowledge of taxes: ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, CSLL, and IRPJ * Experience with SPED Fiscal and SPED Contributions * Experience issuing fiscal invoices and handling SEFAZ routines * Intermediate Excel skills and ERP system proficiency **Preferred qualifications** * Industry experience (especially apparel/textiles) * Knowledge of contract manufacturing * Experience with Block K / Block H * Knowledge of tax substitution **Compensation and benefits** * Salary: **R$ 3\.259,48** * Meal allowance: R$ 22.00/day (Flash) * Unimed Unifácil health plan (100% covered by the company\*) * Dental plan at no cost to employee * TotalPass * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Attendance bonus (3.5% of salary) * Partnerships with SESI and SESC * Discounts on undergraduate programs (up to 40%) and postgraduate/extension courses (up to 20%) \*Co-payment applies after probation period **Work schedule** Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 12 minute break) Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.259,48 per month Work location: On-site
