Responsibilities: * Customer service in person, by phone, and via other channels when necessary; * Issuance of invoices, receivables invoices, and bank slips; * Updating and organizing spreadsheets and documents; * General support for daily administrative routines; * Support to other departments as needed. Requirements: * Experience in administrative and office tasks; * Basic knowledge of Excel and office tools; * Proactivity, organization, and good communication skills; * Residence in Belo Horizonte or easy access to the city; * Completed high school education.
