This is an opportunity for those who enjoy dynamic environments closely tied to the business and wish to closely follow the growth and structuring of an emerging brand. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide **customer service** via WhatsApp and social media * Guide customers on products * **Pick, pack, and organize orders** * Issue **invoices** and shipping labels in internal system * Coordinate pickups with logistics carriers (Correios, Jadlog, and others) * Support **reverse logistics** processes (exchanges and returns) * Issue **bank slips** when necessary * Organize **basic spreadsheets** and administrative documents * Provide occasional support for the brand’s **in-person events** ### **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience in customer-facing roles * Experience in administrative or operational routines * Basic Excel knowledge (open, organize, and consult spreadsheets) ### **Behavioral Profile** * **Strong communication skills** and ease in interacting with people * Proactivity * **Problem-solving attitude** * **Organization** * Interest in growing alongside the company * Energy to work in a lean and expanding environment ### **Benefits** * Transportation\-allowance * Meal\-allowance * Totalpass Minimum Education: Technical Course
