Contributing to continuous process improvement and achievement of targets. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Programming and monitoring asset renovations, ensuring adherence to established timelines and standards; * Controlling inventory of items available for immediate delivery, ensuring information accuracy; * Acting as the liaison among production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure proper information flow; * Updating, monitoring, and analyzing performance indicators such as **Planned vs. Actual** and **On-Time Delivery (OTD)**; * Contributing to continuous process improvement, with a focus on results, performance, and target achievement; * Ensuring end-to-end monitoring of processes under your responsibility, demonstrating accountability and systemic vision. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Prior experience as a PCP Assistant; * Proficiency in Excel and control systems; * Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile; * Organizational skills and discipline to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; * Process-oriented mindset and sense of responsibility across all activity stages; * ERP system experience is a plus.
