Job Summary: Professional responsible for full fleet and driver management, with emphasis on cost control and administrative logistics routines, requiring an analytical and organized profile. Essential support in administrative logistics routines Responsibilities: * Fleet control and management (preventive and corrective maintenance, documentation, licensing, traffic fines, etc.); * Driver management and monitoring (scheduling, performance, working hours, and operational support); * Fuel supply control and analysis (authorized gas stations, Vale Card system and similar); * Monitoring of average fuel consumption and deviation analysis; * Travel expense control (per diems, accommodation, meals, tolls); * Development of managerial reports; * Support in administrative routines of the logistics department. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Prior experience in fleet control and driver management; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Brazilian driver’s license category B (a plus).
