Job Summary: A professional responsible for technically supervising nighttime teams, planning inspections, providing operational support, and managing daily activities to ensure quality and compliance with electrical projects. Reading and interpretation of electrical projects. * ***Requirements:*** Completed high school education. Driver's license category B. Experience in team supervision. Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships. Reading and interpretation of electrical projects. People management. Critical analysis. Proactivity. NBR 5101 certification is desirable. * ***Responsibilities:*** Technically supervise nighttime work involving internal and third-party verification teams. Critically review and contribute to the planning of field inspections. Monitor nighttime work jointly with the Independent Verifier / Granting Authority. Provide support to motorized patrol and photometric verification teams in case of equipment issues. Conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS) with motorized patrol and photometric verification teams. Inspect equipment used by verification teams, third parties (tape measure and luxmeter), and Quality Assistants. Report contractual non-compliance by third parties (e.g., lack of PPE, unmarked vehicles). Daily scheduling of team activities in coordination with planning teams (assistants/analysts), including assignment, guidance, and monitoring of execution based on job characteristics, as well as the capabilities, skills, and experience of available personnel. Propose solutions for inspections encountering field interference. Employment type: Full-time CLT contract. Salary: R$4\.512,73 \- R$4\.512,74 per month.
