Support for inventory and daily operational routines **JOB: STORE ASSISTANT – EXCLUSIVELY FOR PCD** Shopping located in Belo Horizonte - MG Employment type: CLT Confidential retail client in the fashion sector, operating nationwide with strong presence in shopping malls, seeks a professional to deliver customer service and support store operations. **About the Role**: The professional will perform multitasking duties to ensure a positive shopping experience aligned with the brand’s standards. Main Responsibilities * Deliver consultative and welcoming customer service; * Actively patrol the store to ensure product organization and restocking; * Assist in fitting rooms, including cabin organization and garment tracking; * Restock and organize merchandise in the sales floor; * Support inventory routines and daily operational activities. **Work Schedule** * Rotating shift (6 days on, 1 day off) * 6x1 – Working Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM * Store located at Shopping Belo Horizonte - MG. **Mandatory Requirements** * Position exclusively for Persons with Disabilities (PCD); * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer-facing roles; * Willingness to commute up to 1 hour to the workplace; * Submission of medical report required for technical validation; **Desired Profile** * Experience as Store Operator, Customer Service Assistant, or similar roles in fashion retail (apparel or footwear); * Strong verbal communication skills with customers and team members; * Organized, proactive, and customer-focused; * Ability to move throughout the store during working hours; * Mobility to handle small items; * Sufficient visual acuity to identify products and labels.
