Management of the production process and quality PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PASTRY) Opportunity to work at Buffet Célia Soutto Mayor, a reference provider of food solutions and event services in Minas Gerais. We are seeking a professional with experience in production supervision (SWEET PRODUCTION SECTOR). **Responsibilities:** · Ensure appropriate stock levels and/or supply of necessary inputs for the production process. · Monitor finished and/or semi-finished product inventory to guarantee adequate supply. · Verify staffing levels to ensure accuracy in the production process and request hiring if necessary. · Monitor and manage overtime hours, absenteeism, vacations, and general employee leaves to request possible replacements from HR. · Plan the production process according to demand. · Monitor equipment maintenance needs and acquisition of infrastructure materials required for production. · Manage the workforce, directing each employee to their strategic production role. **Requirements:** * Experience in team leadership and sweet/pastry production or related areas. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Proactive profile with strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. * Computer literacy.
