





**MISSION:** Process payments for customer purchases as requested, delivering an experience that exceeds their expectations and contributes to customer satisfaction and loyalty, while safeguarding the company’s positive image. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Perform daily cash register opening procedures, verifying starting funds and balance, and immediately reporting any irregularities to the direct supervisor so appropriate actions can be taken; · Serve customers during purchases, register information in the system, receive payment as requested, issue invoices, pack purchased items according to customer needs, and clearly communicate warranty terms and exchange deadlines; · Conduct daily cash register closing, calculating total sales for the period by reviewing issued invoices and reconciling all monetary inflows and outflows based on initial and final cash balances; · Contribute to maintaining and organizing the cash register area, ensuring resources and materials are stored properly and performing periodic cleaning of the workstation in accordance with the company’s quality standards; · Monitor and manage packaging inventory at the cash register, promptly notifying responsible personnel when restocking is required; · Receive non-conformities reported by Management and take corrective action in line with company policies, updating the non-conformity management spreadsheet as needed; · Upsell items to complete company promotions and incentive programs; · Delight customers upon completion of the Rommanel service, maintaining a pleasant and harmonious environment—even during seasonal peaks; · Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Management; · Participate in company events according to the scheduled calendar; · Maintain and protect equipment, resources, and the workplace environment; · Stay continuously updated on company policies and comply with Compliance guidelines, Internal Regulations, and Rommanel Management directives; · Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of services and information generated through responsibilities under one’s purview, thereby safeguarding the company’s institutional image and stakeholder satisfaction. **WORK LOCATION:** BH Shopping – Belo Horizonte/MG **WORK SCHEDULE:** Mon & Tue: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Wed–Sat: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (1-hour break); Sun: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (6-day rotation with 1 day off). **REQUIREMENTS:** Prior cash register experience required; Availability to work at the specified location and schedule required; Completed high school education. **BENEFITS:** Salary advance; Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Performance bonuses; Discount club; Meal allowance; Food voucher; Transportation voucher; TotalPass Club.
