Carry out support operations in nursing service areas related to logistics and materials, observing standards and procedures to optimize controls, ensure appropriate use of material resources, and maintain the quality standard of care provided. **Your Challenges with Us:** * Receive patients and perform preparation procedures for examinations; verify patient identification, medical orders, anamnesis, allergies, and other relevant information; * Understand patients' clinical conditions to develop strategies for delivering appropriate care; * Implement medical prescriptions, providing support to personnel responsible for execution according to specific procedures; * Report adverse events and record them in the electronic system; * Support the performance of various types of examinations — e.g., computed tomography, endoscopy, ultrasound — preparing examination rooms, required resources, and acting per specific procedures; * Provide nursing care to patients according to institutional protocols of Hospital da Baleia — e.g., measuring vital signs, identifying medications to be administered, documenting nursing care, promoting patient hygiene and comfort, utility room routines, bed and furniture cleaning, changing bed linens, assisting with examinations and internal transfers; * Provide guidance to family members and companions regarding procedures to be observed during examinations to ensure process compliance; * Instruct patients on proper positioning for examinations and post-examination care requirements; * Guide patients on procedures to follow when receiving examination results or reports, clarifying doubts and ensuring process compliance; * Maintain organization of the department and examination rooms, verifying daily availability of supplies — e.g., electrodes, gel, paper sheets, gauzes, etc.; * Monitor and promptly respond to complications, attending to patients and/or requesting the presence of a nurse and/or physician as needed; * Support immediate supervisors on matters inherent to your area of responsibility, presenting and discussing solutions for incidents to assist in defining actions to be taken and help continuously improve departmental processes; * Maintain control of medications and materials used in the area, tracking inventory levels and arranging replenishment as needed; * Verify and maintain control of examination kits, checking consumption and arranging returns per specific procedures; **Requirements for This Position:** * Active COREN registration; **How You Can Stand Out:** * Experience in SADT; * Experience in hospitals; **Location and Working Hours:** * Saudade, Belo Horizonte. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **What We Offer:** * Salary + minimum wage + 20% hazard pay; * Transportation allowance; * Dedicated shuttle service from Baleia; * Free parking; * On-site meals; * Flash Food/Meal Card; * UNIMED Health Plan – Unifácil; * Odontoprev Dental Plan; * Partnership with Drogaria Araújo; * CREDITAS partnership; * SESC partnership; * University partnerships; * Exclusive bazaar; * Birthday Day Off Hospital da Baleia values diversity and is committed to inclusion. **All our positions are open to people with disabilities.** If you share our mission and wish to contribute to the health of Minas Gerais, we want you on our team!
