You will be Security’s eyes and agile on-site support whenever needed. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Electronic Surveillance:** Preventive and reactive monitoring of alarm systems and CCTV. * **Remote Reception Desk:** Customer service and access control at electronic reception desks (residential and commercial), ensuring proper screening. * **Rapid Response:** Conduct tactical deployments for external inspections and on-site verification of alarms or incidents. * **Information Management:** Detailed logging of incidents in the system, ensuring clarity and accuracy of entered data. * **Reporting and Routines:** Generation of system-generated reports and execution of daily operational procedures. * **Customer Interface:** Direct communication and guidance to customers whenever required or during incidents. **Essential Requirements:** * **Driver’s License Category AB** (valid and up-to-date). * **Proven experience** operating cars and motorcycles (essential for deployments). * **Basic Computer Skills:** Ability to operate monitoring and data logging systems. * **Profile:** Focused attention, agility, strong written/verbal communication, and proactivity.
