




Job Summary: Supervises teams and processes, manages client interactions to improve processes, and analyzes indicators to achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. Team and process supervision 2. Indicator analysis and action plans A completed or ongoing bachelor's degree is required, along with experience in process management and loss prevention, a valid driver's license, and Excel proficiency. Supervise the team and processes to ensure workflow continuity (receiving, sorting, shipping, and returns, per operational standards); Handle client communications to resolve issues, align expectations, or improve processes; Manage the team (cooperatives and auxiliary dispatchers); Analyze performance indicators, propose action plans to the coordinator, and assist in their implementation to ensure achievement of client-mandated targets and KPIs.
