We currently have an opening for a **Junior Continuous Improvement Analyst** \- **Santo Antônio neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG**. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Responsibilities** * Support the consolidation of Lean culture; * Sustain the company’s 5S Program; * Support indicator-based management and implementation of continuous improvement projects; * Conduct training and foster a continuous improvement culture across all organizational levels; * Generate results reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making; * Apply agile methodologies and other quality tools to enhance processes. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: Engineering (Production, Industrial or related fields), Business Administration, Logistics, Process Management, or related areas; * Practical knowledge of 5S (**mandatory**); * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: A3, 5W2H, DMAIC, Kanban, and the 8 Wastes; * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing; * Basic understanding of KPI development and monitoring; * Basic Excel proficiency (minimum intermediate level). **Benefits** * Meals provided at the workplace; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance. **After 90 days:** * Unimed health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Monthly food basket; * Partnership with Drogaria Araújo; * Life insurance. **Join our team!** Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel assistance * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
