Supports loss prevention and verifies company policies JOB OPENING: STORE SUPERVISOR We are seeking a STORE SUPERVISOR to join our team! The professional will be responsible for ensuring the ORGANIZATION, SMOOTH OPERATION, and SECURITY of the sales environment, providing team support and quality customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor customer flow and provide guidance when necessary. Oversee the sales floor, ensuring ORGANIZATION, CLEANLINESS, and APPROPRIATE RESTOCKING. Identify and report IRREGULARITIES, RISKS, and MAINTENANCE NEEDS. Support LOSS PREVENTION. Assist the sales team and internal departments with daily tasks. Verify compliance with COMPANY POLICIES. REQUIREMENTS Completed High School Education Strong COMMUNICATION skills and professional demeanor ATTENTION TO DETAIL, OBSERVATION, and PROACTIVITY Ability to WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A TEAM PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience as a STORE SUPERVISOR or in LOSS PREVENTION Basic knowledge of CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION: CENTRAL REGION – BELO HORIZONTE/MG SCHEDULE: 5 DAYS ON, 1 DAY OFF WORK HOURS: 3:00 PM TO 11:20 PM** (Possibility of schedule adjustments in the future) BENEFITS SALARY: R$ 2.294,91 MEAL ALLOWANCE: R$ 31.34 PER DAY ATTENDANCE BONUS: R$ 200.00 TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE DENTAL PLAN LIFE INSURANCE GYMPASS UCVS Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.294,91 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
