Our purpose is to connect people and transform dreams into memorable experiences, creating an environment where everyone enjoys being and always wants to return. **Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic patrols across shopping center areas, identifying potential irregularities that may compromise site safety; * Inspect fire safety and firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, sprinkler valves, pump houses, and LPG control panels; * Monitor stores under construction, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE by workers; * Support the security and maintenance teams in operational and safety-related activities; * Respond to emergency situations, including initial fire response and first aid; * Monitor high-traffic areas such as food courts and event spaces, ensuring the safety of customers, tenants, and staff; * Support maintenance activities involving work at height, following safety regulations and required documentation. **What We Seek:** * A responsible, attentive professional committed to safety standards; * A proactive profile capable of identifying risks and acting preventively; * Strong communication skills and appropriate demeanor when interacting with the public, tenants, and internal teams; * Ability to work collaboratively and support diverse operational departments; * Organization and accountability in recording incidents and safety procedures; * Availability to work in high-foot-traffic environments. **Benefits** * Fixed salary plus commission (no earnings cap) * Meal/food allowance: R$ 34.69 per working day * Unimed Unipart Flex Health Plan * Odontoprev Dental Plan * Ecx Card Pharmacy Benefit * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance * Free Parking * TotalPass Program * University Partnership Program * SESC Partnership
