




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute administrative, financial, and people management activities, ensuring excellence in service and the safety of all involved. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor activities and procedures, ensuring service excellence and the safety of all involved. Monitor cash flow and other financial department processes; act as the interface between the company and accounting firms by submitting documents; ensure compliance with required procedures by employees; organize work schedules. Lead, train, and supervise teams of employees as needed. Issue and record invoices; process supplier payments; provide customer service; handle procurement; support corporate development projects. Serve and guide customers according to their needs, such as quotations, services, vehicle deliveries, payments, etc. Requirements:\n**Knowledge** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Financial Management, Human Resources Management, or Accounting. * Preferred: courses and knowledge in sales, negotiation, and administrative management. * Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency **Experience/Skills** Experience as a leader in administration, finance, or human resources management Preferred: Residency in the Contagem-MG region Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.800,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Contagem or nearby regions?
