




Job Summary: Work in the Procurement area, organizing storage, ensuring preservation, picking and delivering items, performing write-offs, inventories, and material verifications. Stock verification and control, detection and correction of discrepancies. Work in the Procurement area, organizing the storage of materials and products in the warehouse and ensuring preservation of stored volumes; picking and delivering items to requesters and performing write-offs and physical inventory; participating in the receipt and verification process of raw materials, non-productive materials, and packaging materials; checking stored volumes and their respective records; receiving, verifying, and sorting copies of invoices, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. * Organize the storage of materials and products within the warehouse premises and ensure preservation of stored volumes. * Pick and deliver items to requesters, and perform write-offs and physical inventory. * Periodically check stored volumes and their respective records. * Receive, verify, and sort copies of invoices of various types. * Participate in processes related to outgoing invoices. * Perform activities related to monthly closing, such as: reconciling recorded invoices against stock levels, identifying possible errors, closing cost accounts, verifying recorded expense entries, checking values related to INSS (National Social Security Institute), and other relevant tasks. * Ensure stock verification and control, detection and correction of any discrepancies found. * Assist with other departmental activities, including monitoring delivery deadlines for goods in transit, loading, returns, and finished goods inventory. * Support loaders by providing guidance on product storage formats and other procedural matters. Sort products to organize them onto pallets. * Verify products using the handheld scanner. Print identification labels. * Affix identification labels onto pallets. * Assist in establishing standardized product storage procedures. * Perform write-offs on productive Service Orders.
