





**Work schedule:** 5x2 (with alternating weekend days off) **Employment model:** Fixed salary + variable compensation based on targets **About the position** The SDR (Sales Development Representative) Assistant works directly on **qualifying leads generated through our digital channels** (such as website, Facebook, and Google). Their mission is to conduct the **first contact with the customer**, understand their interest, confirm whether the prospect’s profile aligns with our products, and—once validated—**convert that lead into a sales opportunity**, which will then be assigned to a broker from our sales team.
