Job Summary: We are seeking an SDR to conduct active B2B prospecting via cold calls and schedule meetings, operating at the top of the sales funnel to drive sales results. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive training and structured scripts. **About the Role** We are looking for an **SDR** to perform active B2B prospecting, with a focus on **telephone calls (cold calls)** and **scheduling qualified meetings** for the external sales team. This professional will be responsible for the **top of the sales funnel**, ensuring lead volume, quality, and organization—directly contributing to the commercial team’s results. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct active B2B prospecting via telephone (cold call); * Qualify leads according to defined criteria (profile, needs, and potential); * Schedule qualified meetings for the external sales team; * Update and maintain organized information in the CRM; * Follow scripts, processes, and contact cadences; * Work toward targets for number of calls, effective contacts, and scheduled meetings; * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize the sales funnel. **Requirements** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Prior experience in B2B sales, SDR, or active telemarketing (preferred); * Basic CRM knowledge or ability to quickly learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience as an SDR or B2B Pre-Sales representative; * Experience with cold calling; * Knowledge of the sales funnel and lead qualification; * Experience with CRM systems (Kommo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance: **R$ 700.00** (no payroll deduction); * Transportation Allowance (no payroll deduction); * Bonus for scheduled and qualified meetings; * Comprehensive training and structured scripts; * Real opportunity for career advancement within the sales area.
