Job Summary: We are seeking a sales and commercial professional to actively and passively prospect leads, qualify leads, build customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Relationship development and identification of new business opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES: * Active and passive prospecting; * Generate new leads (phone calls, e\-mail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and social media); * Customize outreach approaches and lead qualification; * Validate interest, budget, and timing; * Update CRM; * Monitor KPIs and keep all data up to date; * Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: * For this position, we seek someone with sales and commercial experience; * Prospecting and customer service experience; * Prior knowledge of pre\-sales and CRM is desirable; * Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive attitude.
