Efficient appointment management and financial control. **Responsibilities:** * Customer Service: In-person reception, telephone and WhatsApp support, delivering an exceptional experience. * Sales: Marketing of procedures and packages, with focus on conversion and customer retention. * Appointment Management: Efficient organization of bookings to optimize the spa’s schedule. * Support for Massage Therapists: Operational assistance to therapists whenever required. * Cash Register Opening and Closing: Daily financial control, ensuring accuracy in records. * Issuance of Invoices: Accurate recording of transactions. **Requirements:** * Experience in reception roles; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Easy access to the Vila da Serra neighborhood. **Salary:** R$2,000.00 + commission (variable from R$800.00 to R$1,000.00) Benefits: Meal Allowance (R$300) + Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance + Health Insurance (after probation period) + Dental Insurance (after probation period) **Working Hours:** Monday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Location:** Vila da Serra, Nova Lima
