Become Sangue Laranja. **About the Role and Mission** You will join our Global Products team and be responsible for defining the strategy, leading, and managing the development process and lifecycle of international products efficiently and effectively—ensuring the product meets market needs and, above all, those of Brazilian and Argentine customers with overseas needs, as well as U.S.-based residents—and remains profitable for the company. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Researching and understanding the needs of globally oriented Brazilian customers (e.g., USD accounts) and U.S. residents, identifying market opportunities and validating product hypotheses; * Building a clear product vision aligned with Inter’s strategy and objectives, serving as a compass for development; * Defining the product roadmap and backlog, balancing short-term and long-term goals, prioritizing features that will most significantly impact product success, and aligning these priorities with stakeholders (UX, IT, Legal, Growth, etc.); * Managing and engaging cross-functional stakeholders (customers, UX teams, IT, Legal, Growth, executives, vendors, etc.), balancing expectations and securing buy-in for the product; * Defining metrics and KPIs to measure product health, performance, and success—guiding improvements, evolution, and data-driven decisions; * Managing product development and its stages efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery within budget; * Validating the product with customers through feedback and testing, making adjustments to ensure alignment with user needs; * Monitoring production metrics and goal attainment, managing changes effectively in response to inevitable scenario shifts during development—whether internal (e.g., scalability, technical solution, security factors, strategic changes) or external (e.g., competition, market dynamics, regulation) **What We’re Looking For** **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher * Experience with global digital products * Advanced English proficiency * Assertive communication across diverse contexts * Critical analysis and problem-solving skills * Experience managing stakeholders * Strong interpersonal skills **Preferred:** * Experience managing backlogs **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or support for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations regarding the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer);
