**Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Nutrition Technician, your main challenges will be:**
* Supervise meal preparation and guide staff on hygiene, pre-preparation, cooking, and proper food storage.
* Monitor meal distribution, ensuring appropriate presentation and service.
* Manage kitchen food and material inventory, calculating consumption and issuing purchase requisitions and quotations.
* Inspect incoming products to ensure quality, quantity, and prevention of contamination or spoilage.
* Verify kitchen equipment functionality, requesting maintenance and conducting tests when necessary.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**We seek a candidate with:**
* Completed Technical Education in Nutrition with active registration at CRN.
* Proven experience in restaurant or gastronomic establishment kitchens.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Microsoft Office suite proficiency;
* Knowledge of food safety and biosafety regulations;
* Solid expertise in food hygiene, pre-preparation, cooking, and storage techniques;
**Work Location and Schedule:**
* Belo Horizonte/MG (on-site)
* Monday to Friday (with availability to work on Saturdays and evenings for events), from 08:00 to 17:00\.
