





Perform routine administrative tasks in the HR department, ensuring accurate processing of onboarding, offboarding, leave requests, benefits, and other labor-related procedures—maintaining legal compliance, precision, and responsiveness to internal requirements, while guaranteeing proper organization and availability of all necessary documents and information for departmental operations. * Assist with onboarding procedures by entering employee data into the system and preparing required documentation, providing support to ensure full legal compliance. * Support timecard analysis by recording attendance incidents and resolving inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy in working hour records and time-bank control. * Assist with adding, modifying, or blocking employee data, keeping master records up-to-date and preventing discrepancies across internal systems. * Provide support in issuing notices, collecting signatures, and registering periods in the system, ensuring adherence to deadlines and orderly shift scheduling. * Support offboarding processes by collecting required documents, verifying settlement amounts, and guiding employees to ensure compliance with labor legislation. * Support employees by clarifying questions regarding payroll, benefits, and internal procedures—delivering clear, courteous, and accurate responses. * Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents, ensuring appropriate storage, easy retrieval, and readiness for audits. * Support the preparation of management reports by compiling data and providing insights to assist leadership in decision-making. * Assist in updating employee records, ensuring personal, banking, and beneficiary information remains accurate and current in all systems. * Provide information and support for submitting mandatory communications to government agencies, contributing to legal compliance and maintaining the company’s regulatory standing. * Assist with labor-related calculations—including severance payments, vacation pay, 13th salary, and benefits—to ensure accuracy and compliance in all disbursements.
