We seek a **Commercial/Operations Manager** who is visionary and strategic, possessing the skills to manage our units and lead and expand company operations within a dynamic and continuously growing environment. This leader is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, improving processes, aligning operations with the company’s global strategic objectives, and continuously promoting development and innovation. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Development and implementation of effective operational strategies; day-to-day operations management. * Monitoring of KPIs and adjustment of strategies. * Your typical day will include: * Structuring and leading the execution of operational strategies that foster sustainable growth. * Supervising all daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with standards and regulations. * Collaborating closely with leaders from other departments to ensure strategic integration and cohesion. * Managing allocation of financial, human, and material resources to maximize productivity. * Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative, data-driven solutions. * Leading expansion projects, including new market initiatives and product development. * Monitoring key performance indicators and adapting operational strategies to meet changing market conditions. * Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers and business partners. * Assisting with document relocation. * Other related activities. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **What we require from you:** * Experience in operational leadership roles, with relevant experience in retail companies * Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams. * Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using data. * Proven experience in developing and implementing effective operations. * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, collaboration tools, and continuous improvement practices. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. * Brazilian National Driver’s License Category B (Preferred) **EXPERIENCE** * Telemarketing (Preferred) * Sales (Preferred) * Customer Service (Preferred) License/Certification: **It would be a plus if you have:** * Experience in startups * Experience in the pet industry * Passion for leadership, technology, and innovation * Experience scaling operations globally * Certifications in project or operations management * Personal vehicle **SOFT SKILLS** * Resilient leadership * Results orientation * Negotiation and conflict management skills **COMPENSATION** * R$5\.000,00 (per month) **BENEFITS** * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher * Life insurance **Working hours:** * Monday through Friday * Weekdays and weekends * 8-hour shifts * Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract **If you are a dedicated professional, enthusiastic about challenges, and committed to expanding your career opportunities with excellence, don’t hesitate to join our team!
