Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Mission** Act as a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst collaborating with business teams, data engineers, data governance specialists, and other corporate teams. The primary responsibility is to serve as the focal point for monitoring the quality and integrity of card-related data for the Customer Activation team; perform analyses and studies; create dashboards; draft technical specifications for solutions jointly with technology and business teams; and lead or co-develop multidisciplinary data and insights projects. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Develop reports, dashboards, and functional knowledge of data from multiple sources and business use cases—requiring little or no supervision; * Understand and translate business needs into functional-technical requirements, identify missing data needs with high depth, and drive the development of required solutions together with business and IT teams; * Comply with regulations, laws, and best practices regarding personal data privacy, information security, data governance, and regulatory standards; * Promote internal improvements to data, processes, and tools; * Develop efficient and effective reports, dashboards, analyses, and diagnostics—and document key assumptions and business rules applied in such analyses; * Serve as a technical and behavioral reference for other analysts on the team, and collaborate and share knowledge both within and outside the team; * Promote a data-driven culture and BI best practices across business areas; * Support the research team in searching, consolidating, and processing data. **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Exact Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields; * Deep professional familiarity with business processes, analysis, and studies; * Extensive experience collecting and extracting data from multiple source types and formats—both structured and unstructured—as well as broad awareness of the data stack (including AWS Data Lake architecture) and ETL; * Solid knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and computing relevant to descriptive analytics; * Proficient in object-oriented programming tools such as Python and RStudio; * Proficient in BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, etc.; * Strong experience in data storytelling and logical reasoning; * Knowledge of laws and best practices regarding personal data privacy and information security. **ON-SITE POSITION IN BELO HORIZONTE/MG** **Benefits** ***(Inter, Intermarketplace, Interfood, InterViagens, InterSeguros, InterStore \- All Other Roles)*** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday Day Off * Baby On Board and Nursing Room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U Space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits in our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (if applicable); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn’t a distant place.
