Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify opportunities, replicate and ensure standardization of improvements (PDCA and SDCA). * Execute Demand Planning based on Sales Planning and CD replenishment; * Lead the team and coordinate routines related to warehouse administration, distribution, and fleet operations at the unit; * Plan and manage freight-related costs for the unit; * Ensure fleet maintenance and care according to the Heart Fleet Standard; * Implement Logistics Governance (Lean) guidelines—daily, weekly, and monthly meetings; * Develop projects aimed at improving processes and/or reducing logistics costs; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed Bachelor’s degree with postgraduate studies or MBA in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. **Required** * Specific knowledge in logistics cost management, distribution, warehousing, and fleet management; * Solid experience in this role; * Experience managing teams; * Experience in consumer goods logistics. **Desirable** * Experience with WMS and SAP; * Knowledge of lean manufacturing and PDCA; * Knowledge of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator); * Experience in food transportation. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy (100% covered by the company); * Performance Bonus; * Transportation; * Meal Allowance; * Monthly Product Kit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
