




Job Summary: Supports operational routines of the commercial area, manages information in the CRM, develops proposals, and provides support to the sales team, ensuring efficiency and alignment. Lead qualification and handling Responsible for supporting operational routines of the commercial area, with strong interface with the Projects area, acting on CRM information management, order tracking and adjustments, proposal development, and sales team support. Contributes to organizing commercial processes and cross-departmental alignment, ensuring greater efficiency in execution and delivery of requirements. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute operational activities of commercial processes under supervision; * Register and update information in the CRM (orders, products, and opportunities); * Develop and send standardized and customized commercial proposals; * Request quotations from manufacturers and verify documentation; * Prepare Calculation Memo (MC); * Conduct follow-up with customers and support the commercial team on recurring requests; * Perform lead qualification and handling; * Support the Projects area (PMO) in order adjustments, adaptations, and tracking; * Contribute to alignment between Commercial and Projects areas, ensuring information consistency; * Update and control company’s legal and tax documentation (CNDs, FGTS, among others). **Prerequisites** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in administrative or business-related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * CRM experience is desirable; * Advantage: Experience in routines involving interface with projects or operations.
