Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposals, cost composition, and ensuring operational and financial feasibility. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals. 2. Cost composition for proposals and feasibility analysis. 3. Integrated involvement in the commercial development of the department. RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals. * Cost composition for proposals, including analysis of inputs, resources, travel, mobilization, labor, equipment, and margins. * Support pricing, margin, and commercial feasibility assessments for opportunities. * Ensure proposals are technically compliant, financially viable, and operationally executable. * Validation of proposals with the Finance Department to ensure adherence to pricing policy and profitability. * Validation of proposals with the Mobilization and Contract Execution Department to ensure operational feasibility, schedule, and required resources. * Proposal follow-up. * Interface with the technical team to ensure proposal quality and consistency. * Integrated collaboration with Elisandra on the department’s commercial development. 3\. Requirements for the Position: * Technical high school diploma or ongoing undergraduate studies in Roads, Building Construction, Mining, Civil Engineering, Geology, Mining Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in technical sales, B2B commercial support, or engineering/construction will be an advantage. * Prior experience in proposal preparation and pricing support will be a significant advantage. * Desired experience in engineering firms, laboratories, technological control services, or infrastructure companies. Technical Knowledge: * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Ability to read and interpret technical scopes. * Basic understanding of pricing formation, cost composition, and margins. * Fundamental knowledge of soil, asphalt, concrete, pavement, and consulting services. * Familiarity with commercial routines and client relationship management.
