Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and consultative professional to develop commercial opportunities and manage B2B sales, with a focus on solar energy. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical, consultative, and results-oriented profile **Responsibilities:** ✓ Prospecting and developing commercial opportunities; ✓ Direct contact with potential clients; ✓ Conducting diagnostic meetings to understand client needs; ✓ Technical and commercial qualification of leads; ✓ Active participation in negotiations, in collaboration with leadership; ✓ Preparation, customization, and submission of commercial proposals; ✓ Management and tracking of the sales pipeline in the CRM; ✓ Analysis of commercial data, conversion rates, and performance indicators; ✓ Creation and updating of commercial and special sales reports; ✓ Interface with technical, operations, and marketing teams; ✓ Support for continuous improvement of commercial processes; ✓ Initial post\-sale follow\-up, ensuring proper handover to the responsible team; ✓ Participation in and suggestions for commercial and marketing strategies. **Profile:** ✓ Analytical, consultative, and results-oriented profile; ✓ Strong negotiation and argumentation skills; ✓ Clear and professional communication; ✓ Organization and attention to detail; ✓ Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously; ✓ Proactivity and sense of responsibility; ✓ Interest in the solar energy market and B2B services. **Requirements:** ✓ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields; ✓ Prior experience in commercial or B2B sales roles; ✓ Advanced Excel proficiency; ✓ Experience with CRM systems (Omie, HubSpot, Pipedrive, RD Station, or similar); ✓ Availability for client meetings; ✓ Desirable knowledge of the energy sector or technical services.
