This professional’s primary responsibility will be to **conduct strategic customer interactions and convert opportunities into sales**, working with clear targets and scalable earning potential. If you enjoy challenges, are competitive, and possess the ability to transform conversations into sales, we want you on our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct commercial interactions via WhatsApp, phone calls, and video calls. * Lead sales meetings with qualified leads. * Identify customer needs and present solutions in a consultative manner. * Conduct negotiations and close sales. * Manage opportunities within the sales funnel and keep CRM updated. * Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve conversion rates. * Achieve sales targets and performance metrics. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience in commercial or sales roles. * Experience in **sales closing (Closer)**. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive, competitive, and goal-oriented profile. * Organizational and disciplinary skills for lead and opportunity management. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience selling **high-ticket items**. * Experience in sales within the **education, aesthetics, or events sectors**. * Familiarity with CRM systems and sales funnels. * Personal work equipment (smartphone, laptop, and high-quality internet connection). **Contract Type:** PJ **Work Format:** Hybrid **Compensation** Fixed \+ commission per sale Real potential for scalable earnings based on performance.
