Full technical leadership of projects, from planning to execution. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Engineering work applied to developing solutions for managing and optimizing multiple energy sources: photovoltaic, battery storage, generators, and the electrical grid, with emphasis on field validation and implementation. The role involves integration among electrical systems, monitoring, data analysis, and automation, aiming to enhance energy efficiency, safety, and quality. It includes full technical leadership across all activities: design, planning, execution, and follow-up. Work spans both operational-level tasks and development of scalable solutions, emphasizing digitalization, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and continuous process improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop engineering projects; * Plan, coordinate, and oversee installations from scope definition to final delivery; * Prepare technical documentation: specifications, diagrams, reports, and checklists; * Evaluate equipment and suppliers; * Analyze operational data; * Guide and direct team members in their tasks; * Comply with safety and quality standards; * Maintain organization and proper care of equipment and tools. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields; degree completed or nearing completion; * Availability to work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, full-time); * Knowledge of performance analysis and operational key performance indicators (KPIs); * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and protection systems; * Experience in sizing and interpreting tools and reports for energy systems; * Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; * Willingness to conduct technical site visits and travel; * Strong organizational skills, communication, and writing abilities. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS); * Knowledge of automation: Modbus, PLCs, sensing, SCADA; * Familiarity with data, IoT, and digitalization in the electrical sector; * Experience with regulatory standards and processes in the electrical sector; Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting at R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
