We import technologically advanced equipment to meet our clients’ needs. **About the Position:** Contract Assistant Responsible for preparing measurements, verifying overtime hours, and checking billing. Issues invoices and monitors customer payment returns. Analyzes documents for onboarding new customers, updates systems, and organizes files. Submits daily reports to management and provides support to teams in contractual negotiations and internal alignments. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed High School education; Previous experience in the finance sector; Proactive profile with a responsive mindset; **Terms and Conditions:** Overtime: 50% extra pay on weekdays and 100% on weekends or holidays; Workload: 44 hours per week; Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
